For Families
Since 1945, 4-H Camp Overlook has been a second home for thousands of youth and families. Whether you are a camper today or in the past or a family member of a camper, you are part of our camp community. Below, please find information that will assist you in being part of camp and having a successful and memorable camp experience.
HOW DO I EDIT INFORMATION IN ULTRACAMP? Need to add or edit the information from your camper's registration (contact info, bunkmate, health information, etc)? Try these directions to help you do just that.

FAMILY CAMP WEEKEND
FRIDAY AUG 22 TO SUNDAY AUG 24, 5 PM- 11:30 AM
TO REGISTER: Visit Ultracamp
Camp is for the whole family! Choose your cabin, fill it with friends, join us for meals, campfires and traditional camp activities. Some additional highlights include: Make your own family pizza (you make it, we bake it!), Birthday Cake decorating contest, Polar Bear Swim, Paint Night and more!
FEE: $250 for 4 People includes cabin, meals & camp activities, $50 for each additional person. You choose your cabin (1st come, 1st served) Cabins accommodate from 6-18 people.

80th CELEBRATION OF CAMP
SATURDAY JULY 26, 2025- 11 AM to 5 PM
Join us to celebrate 80 years of camping at 4H Camp Overlook. Gather at the flagpole 12 noon, Proclamation Reading, Remarks from Jim & Linda Tuggey (alumni), Shawn Tiede (NYS 4H Camping Specialist), Campaign Announcement, Dismiss for Lunch, Camp Songs, Camp Activities from 2-5 pm
OPEN HOUSE AT CAMP OVERLOOK
SATURDAY JUNE 28, 2025- 1 PM to 3 PM
Here’s your chance to come and visit camp before your camper’s session. Bring your camper to see the cabins, dining hall, waterfront, and activity areas. Meet some summer camp staff and take a tour of the facility. Tours will depart the Dining Hall (Great Hall) every half hour starting at 1:15 pm (1:15 pm, 1:45 pm, and 2:15 pm)
VOLUNTEER WORK DAY
SATURDAY MAY 10TH, 2025- 9 AM to 3 PM

Come join us to help clean-up camp! Lunch will be provided. You bring the smiles & hard workers. Please bring cleaning equipment (rakes, gloves, etc. )
Certificates will be available for youth who need volunteer hours!
